Always have a willing hand to help someone, you might be the only one that does. Sometimes we’ll never know the difference we have made to another person and their life. Teach your child to help others with these stories for kids and children.

moralofstory

Once upon a time, there was a poor boy who was born in a small village. His father was very poor and he lived in a small house with his family. His father was a farmer and anyhow earned something for their daily livelihood. When the boy was 9 years old, he had to leave the school because his father was not able to pay his school fees. Then he started working in a small shop in his village to support his family. He used to get up early every day, before sunrise.

Then he used to go to the store and used to do cleaning there and then look after the children of the owner of the shop. A few years later, his life took a turn, destiny showed him a new path. He got a job in an electricity company. While working there, slowly he developed an interest in light bulbs and sockets. Every night, he started learning about various equipment and experimenting on his own. One day, he made an improved version of a light socket, all by himself. He got very excited and the next day, he went and showed it to his boss. But, his boss was not impressed by his work and said; that these types of products will not work here.

Even though he was rejected, he believed in himself and his idea. He wanted to do something on his own and start a new company. He asked his friends and relatives, and everyone but they said he should not leave his permanent job as it was difficult to start a new business. As he did not have any experience or money and he had hardly a bit of education. But, He still believed in himself.

moralofstory

“After a few years, he was now 22 years of age, he made a big decision in his life. He left his stable job and somehow managed everything and started his own small manufacturing company”. He and his wife started manufacturing sockets in their own house. They both went door to door selling it, but no shop owner was interested and they didn’t get any orders.

moralofstory

Months passed and still, they were not able to sell their products. At last, they had to sell their furniture and borrow money, to survive a little longer. Then he thought to give up, and get back to his job. But the next morning, as the sun rose, he was out again on the roads looking for orders and to sell his product. But then came a time, when he was almost bankrupt. And when he was just close to giving up upon his dreams, suddenly a MIRACLE happened in his life.

moralofstory

He got the first major order of 1000 pieces of his product. After 100 years of that first order, the company has over 250,000 employees with annual sales of $65 billion. His products are now sold across the world. All this was made possible by a man with no education, no money. All he had was faith in himself.

The moral of this story is that just believe in yourself, whatever may be the situation. Success is not dependent on how educated you are or how much money you have, success is about believe in yourself.
