Once upon a time, there was a big jungle, there were a lot of different types of trees and flowers like a Pine tree, Babul trees, a Neem tree, a Rubber tree, Orchids, Lily’s and many more. There were different types of animals and birds living in that jungle-like Lion, tigers, elephants, peacocks, Cuckoo, Parrot, and many more. There was a sparrow who lived in that jungle, her name was Daisy. She had 2 little kids called Tweety and Bella. Daisy used to stay with her family on a tree in the middle of a jungle. She had built a beautiful nest for them with different things like grass, stalks, roots of plants, barks, threads, and strings.

Daisy used to teach them to fly as they were too young. She used to spend maximum time with her kids. Tweety and Bella were very naughty. They used to play the whole day together. They were very happy together and used to enjoy themselves a lot. Daisy never left her kids alone, as she didn’t know anyone who would take care of her kids. Sometimes she used to go to different places in search of food for them. Tweety and Bella were not able to stay without their mothers so sometimes they used to go with her in search of food. She used to avoid taking them so far as they were too small and couldn’t fly for so long.

There was a crow who lived in the jungle, his name was Eddie. He was new to this jungle. So he didn’t know anyone with whom he could spend some time. He was quite shy and liked to be in his own world. He had built his nest on the tallest tree. As he liked to see the sky, the sunrise, sunset, and the birds flying in the sky. He liked watching the stars all night. He used to spend maximum time in his nest. He wished he could meet his family as he missed them a lot.

moralofstory

Eddie used to live with his family when he was young. He had a brother and sister, they used to play and have fun together. He was very loving and caring. They loved him a lot. They used to never leave him alone. As usual, it was a beautiful day Eddie was playing with his brother and sister and suddenly the wind started blowing, it started thundering and lighting, and then it started raining and all the birds started going back to their home. Eddie was very scared looking at all of these things. Due to the storm, the trees started falling. Everyone started running to save their lives.

Eddie and his family couldn’t understand anything, they didn’t know what to do. So they started flying to look for a safe place. Eddie kept on flying; he was so scared that he didn’t even realize when he got separated from his family. He kept on crying and called out his mother and father but there was no reply. When everything was normal he started searching for his family but he couldn’t find them. Days passed, months and then years passed, but he couldn’t forget that day.

moralofstory

Eddie came to see in this jungle if he could find his family here but it didn’t happen. Eddie used to see Daisy with her two little kids. The way she used to teach them to fly. Looking at them he used to remember how his brother used to teach him to fly. He was waiting for that day to come when he would live back with his family and spend his life with them.

One day Tweety and Bella were resting in their nest and Daisy had gone out in search of food. Suddenly the weather changed, it started raining very heavily. She was scared as they were alone and couldn’t understand what to do. She started flying back home. Eddie heard Tweety and Bella crying in the nest. He remembered the day when he was small, how he got lost. So he didn’t want it to happen the same with them as what happened with him. He went there and took both of them in never by bushes for shelter so they don’t get wet. He waited there with them till Daisy came back.

moralofstory

Daisy went to the nest and saw both of them were not there in the nest. She got scared and didn’t know what to do, so she kept on calling their name and started looking everywhere. Eddie heard her voice and took both of them to Daisy. She thanked him a lot for taking care of her kids. After a few hours, the rain stopped and everything was normal.

Eddie and Daisy become good friends, whenever she used to go out in search of food, she would tell him to take care of her kids. He used to enjoy spending time with both of them, as he remembered his childhood. Few days passed and one day a woodcutter came and cut a few trees in the jungle. One of the trees the woodcutter cut was where Eddie lived.

moralofstory

He had lost his house. So he was very upset, he thought of going from there. Daisy saw this and she thought to help him. So she built a beautiful nest for Eddie. He was very happy looking at his new home and to find such a good friend.

moralofstory

Moral of the Story: The way Eddie helped Daisy’s kids from the rain is the same way Daisy helped Eddie to build his new house. We should also help everyone. We never know when we may need them. Also, we should spend more time with our family. So children whenever you see any person who needs help do help them, not only others but also we need to help our parents in daily life by doing small things like just keeping our bed and cupboard neat and tidy, keeping all our toys, books and other stuff in the proper place. By doing this you will see a beautiful smile on their face.
